I agree.

On the video he has "Yugo" vibe, and i wouldn't confuse him with central Euro and other Norids there that i don't know its origin.

video is quite understandable for slovak speakers.

He passes absolutely everywhere in central-eastern europe.

For Serbs and other SW Slavic speakers Slovak is most understandable of west Slavic languages. Least understandable is Polish, not only of west Slavic languages but of Slavic languages in general.

Rakitić has Baltid influence, unlike actor.

Mostly Noric, perhaps with some Alpine influence. He looks like a regular Serb to me.

Jovo is usually nick of Jovan https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jovan_(given_name)

Among Serbs from Bosnia and Croatia exist Jovo also as full name and not only as nick of Jovan, like this actor. Even among western Serbs Jovo is quite more nick of Jovan than separate name.

Norid is a Dinaromorph type altered by Baltid admixture.

Norids typically have a shorter face than standard Dinarids.

What would be the origin of Norids in Western Europe then?
