To me they both look very unSylheti, not Bengali at all.

Nord indids, probably pass best in Iran/Pakistan, some Sylhetis do have lighter skin and eyes, it is i think one of the lighter provinces of Bangladesh.

Iranian? Not so sure, perhaps.

I suspect Sylhetis are made up of people from other parts of South Asia, along with migrants from within Bengal and Bangladesh.
I've seen a few blue-eyed Sylhetis. My dad was "light eyed" himself, though an intriguing hazel/green-blue thing. Much bluer when he was younger.
