They look like they are (French): right in the middle between Southern and Northern European, but more Northern in their case... Extremely similar to Banat Swabians (who for the most part came from Western Germany)

I noticed that my cousin's father had the same "à la De Niro" nose as my father (by the way my father is quite close to De Niro's face, although purely French from mostly North of France over several centuries).


It's quite present in my paternal family, whether it's with distant cousins or more close.

Here a photo of a another paternal cousin (whose genealogy I have available). Nikola Teslaoid. It's basically the face of my father (but more robust in his case)

Some think these traits are, simplistically, "Italian", but my dad and cousin inherited the traits from their parents, great-grandparents and great-great-grandparents, so those are definitely native traits of their ancestral area, whatever the "subtype" name.

There are different selections that take place and this can give different features for certain villages separated by a few kilometers.

Keltic, atlantid and some minor alpine generally, these look very British even for northern French, i find that in that part of France there is a substantial minority that looks more or less English which is not surprising. The last man wearing the cap looks like the composer Edward Elgar who was from Dover.

My father looks like Robert De Niro and he's Northern French ass fuck.

They don't look "british" or the caricatural anglo-saxon face, just Northern frog, at least this is are the native facial features of Gouy-Saint-André (650 peoples).

A lot of southern English especially have somewhat French looks, it should not be surprising and this family i think would generally not look out of place in England.
