I dont think you would call him non-russian if he didnt mentioned having part of the other ethnicites. I agree he doesnt look like Rasputin, I didnt know what Rasputin really looked, it seems Rasputin was Nordid he could be gorid or something like that, still not a unimpossible look for russian.

I'm not even conversant in these matters. I don't have the jargon down, yet. So take my opinion for what it is ...
I just thought Central/West European. Only your eyes looked a little "exotic", but then I'm not that familiar with the wide diversity of European types.

There is significant overlap between 3 of those 4 groups, and to a lesser extent between Russians and West Asians with light features.

You look the way one would expect from such a mix - like a southern European.
Turks are the most southern European looking of these 4 peoples, however you don't look one bit Turkic/Turanid.
You have the common North Euro + West Asian mix look.
