If it wasn't for his pigmentation (which is difficult to ignore) i would classify him as something like gracile-med + berid. In the profile tennis pic he reminds me of Brás Garcia de Mascarenhas (from what i've seen of his pics).

Other than that he kind of reminds me of this former Sporting Lisbon goalkeeper (and presidential candidate to the club):

So if i'm comparing him to two other portuguese people i might be on to something that he has a southern look (minus pigmentation).

Just a Tronder variant with fuller lips.
I don't know why are people so confused with such a features, Paleo Atlantid+Nordic type makes a classical Tronder; there isn't anything extra Atlantid about him :)

Actually facial features wise the OP guy looks more proper (stereo)typical Scando to me than that one, but I agree he also looks more Portuguese at the same time, and has a familiar look found in light types here.
