Some North African could pass in Spain as a local, but in my opinion none of the group that you have posted.

And if any Spaniard looked like the people of this image, it would be a very extreme case.

In any case, I think that in Spain there is no clear North-South difference in terms of pigmentation (without tanning of course), so no need to specify "South Spain" if if someone passes in the south, they will pass probably in all the country.

I cannot opine about if they would pass in Sicilia, no idea.

I would agree with them looking like triracial Hispanics from DR, Cuba, Puerto Rico etc. They are originally Sahrawi Moroccans who are essentially Southern Moroccans and a triracial group themselves (Arab, Berber, West African mix) which perhaps explains the overlap. I don’t think they they have much of a Mediterranean appearance Imo.
