Yes and no. One of the things that triggered her to write the book was the widespread belief in Afrocentric circles that Jews ran the slave trade. Also, it was about correcting basic historical mistakes such as the claims that the Ancient Egyptians were Black, that Greek philosophy was stolen from Egypt and that Aristotle robbed the library of Alexandria (which was actually built after his death)!
