His name is Mo Chara (stage name) from the Belfast rapper band Kneecap. They are Irish speakers as well and often rap in Irish.

He is the one on the left. What's his classification and where else would he pass?

North atlantid and minor Brunn.
Passes in the British Isles. If you told me is he is 1/4 asian I'd believe it because of his wide squarish face and slightly slanted eyes.

I don't think he looks French at all so it is interesting you would say so. He's got a pseudo Mongoloid look to me which is due to his wide cheeks and eye shape.

Up type yes, but not "paleo" isles type in strict sense, he looks like mostly like a Beaker Borreby type, if he does not even extra post-Steppe uralische in him (which makes him look " interesting")
