how to interpret these results? I come from northern Poland, my family too, old German cities. I also add my photos to help. The haplogroup that came out of my cladefinder is r1a-z92

MH isn't very reliable so I'd take your results with a pinch of salt, but I'd interpret the East European and Baltic as your "Polish" blood and the Irish, Scottish and Welsh as your "German" (Germano-Celtic) blood. The Finnish could be potentially interpreted as some very distant Baltic ancestry (perhaps even Old Prussian) as Balts have strong Finnic admixture.

I have very similar results to yours. But instead of Ireland I got 22% Scandinavian. Your last genetic group is very interesting

Try uploading your raw DNA data to Gedmatch and posting the results you get on Eurogenes K13 and K15 here. It would help interpreting your results.
