I refuse to submit my DNA, what phenotype/origin do I look like?

My mother left when I was 7 and I never learned about her family other than part of her family has blue eyes and blond hair. My father is the one who directly gave me his eyes and on his side I have uncles and grandfather from Germany. I was told my nose is from my mother.

Here is my front and side view. Also this is my first post and will help me dive into my origins on this planet, I hope I am not violating forum rules or annoying anyone, I just refuse to submit my DNA to some entity online and have little contact with family members.
