Should Russia liberate RS and place their nukes there?

People always recall Kosovo but forget that RS is also occupied. Of course, Bosnian Serbs have one voice out of three but in all international institutions the Western world tries to put it the way as if there were only Bosnjaks and the opinion of Serbs and even Croats seems to fade and stay unnoticed.
Any opinions if Russia should assist the region and help RS separate or whatever? If so, would it be right to keep Russia's nukes there?

After WW3 ends and NATO is no longer in the way, perhaps this might be a dream come true. Serbia might also end up part of the RF or perhaps bordering it. (somehow)
