I found about her on an episode of Investigation Discovery TV Series Dead Silent, in Discovery Channel (S1 E2, Welcome to the Devil House).

She was born in West Virginia and raised in South Carolina, but she is of Panamanian origin:

I think she is naturally brown eyed, but is using contacts in some of these pictures.

I would bet she is purely white. In fact, Carmen Dominicci, who supposedly is pure french,looks more ethnical than her. As for nationalities, I'll go for southern Europe, cause I've seen many Mexicans and white Hispanics with that colour and features. Very few white latins look from north Europe, I would say.

But I think Rebeca Robles is far from dark. She is not super light in a Scandinavian sense, but she has a fair (pan European) skin tone, and she could pass in many European countries.

Looking at her again, she does kind of ressemble Nina Dobrev and Elizabeth Olsen...

But Rebeca Robles is way prettier than them.

LOL! TONS of white Mexicans, Colombians, Venezuelans, Chileans, Argentinians, Spanish, and what not, with similar looks.

I don't know if she is partially hispanic/Anglo, or fully Hispanic, but she could perfectly be the second case, and it would not surprise me at all.

I think I I could be wrong when I said "I thought" she was using contacts. I just think I remembered her with brown eyes when I saw her in the TV Series Dead Silent, in Discovery Channel (S1 E2, Welcome to the Devil House).
