Actually neither, but based on their features they closer to Netherlands.

Miguel Ángel Torres Marchán, Sara Torres Mena and Carlos Soler Esteban pass better as Dutch? OK then.
Most of them are closer to Dutch

Miguel has a bit of facial robustness, i don't think he would look too out of place in Limburg, Sara is more half and half i would say though alpinish types like her i dont think are rare in the south of Nlands, Carlos looks central Euro so would fit in Nlands i think.

I think if the comparison were Georgia versus Denmark or Norway, Georgia would actually win, but the Netherlands is at least slightly more Southern-shifted and heterogeneous than the Nordic countries are.

Yeah, S Netherlands is a tiny bit lighter i would say than E England when it comes to full on brunet types.

So the darkest part of the Netherlands is still lighter than the lightest part of England? Maybe that troll Bloody had a point after all.

I think so, Limburg is certainly darker but places to the north of the Belgian border as light in hair colour anyway as eastern England
