She looks Flemish to be precise i think, though German fits well too, i don't see much difference from Brunn here though

because its obviously hard to distinguish Up types from each other, as much it is to distiungish them from robuster types from the Steppe

but Brunn is usually lower headed and resulting easier in dolichephaly (not necessery in her case though)
