Gypsies are close to nonexistent in Poland anyway. There are lots of gypsies (percentually) in Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia etc. In Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, Baltics etc they are a rare sight.

In Ukraine they are many too. Plenty of Gypsies I saw between Ukrainian refugees. And of course in Moldova they are over 150.000 unofficially, or even more.

I agree! In Ukraine the largest Gypsy community live in Subcarpathia, where are also Romungros (Magyar Gypsies), since this region of the country was part of Hungary.

Not necessary, the ones from my country came from central/eastern parts of Ukraine.

I've actually never heard of a Gypsy sex offender. I think for being a sex offender you will mostly have some close social contact to others and gypsies hardly have to non-Gypsies and sexual offences within the Gypsy community will regularly not be told to the police.
