Patrignani is an Italian surname.

There are just these four Patrignani residents in Sweden.

The 68 years old father has already also Swedish first names, but both he and the dead son do also have an Italian first name among others. So very likely the dead guy is 1/4 Italian and 3/4 Swede.

Probably half Italian, half Swede, that's how he looks like. I don't do classifications most of the time.

Next time, it's not a good idea to not poke a bear.

Interesting. I have personally noticed a fair amount of swedes that have Swedish surnames and no known immigrant history and they still have brown hair with brown eyes, skin usually being pale/light.
I have also noticed that some of them are very skinny and rather tall.
