23andme and Ancestry have problem to differ Eastern Europe and Germanic Europe. I saw even one guy from Germany and he got more Eastern Europe than Germany. About 51%.

MH and FTDNA are the opposite. Both companies are less reliable and give sometimes strange results.

If you have only Polish ancestry + possibly distant ancestry from other place like me you should use your MH raw data and try K36 or order K36 from LM Genetics.

My maternal great-grandfather came from a German family. While creating the family tree, I also found my ancestor on my father's side, who in 1740 married a woman with a German surname and a Latin name. Can this k36 test be done on gedmatch? North Atlantic and North Sea you have the same amount like me.
Surprisingly you have very high Italian component. And no Iberian. Your Eastern Europe is low, I have 19%.

I like LM Genetics because it's only test which gave me Polish Central. I'm from Mazovia. And this test showed my German ancestry as Wales, Scotland.
