Turks are mostly pale in complexion. When I was on vacation in some places in Greece where Turkish minorities reside (Rhodes), I could tell Turks apart from Greeks due to Turks being extremely pale and somewhat alpine-looking (some would also be Turanid of course).

Irish r very pale I think they r the lightest ppl in Europe after the albinos, anyways turks are as pale as balkans especially Northern and western turkey while east and south they tend to be similar to Azeris\assyrians \Kurds\Syrians. white like Irish I guess they r 10%? especially if they have Circassian origin.
