Are individual coordinates or averages going to be published somewhere or added to some datasheet?
These ones and the others from Prussia, Austria etc ...you are are posting graphs today.

ahh they are really simple proxies, you know? Just to educate our group audience, most are newbies to genetics....so nothing complex
Slavs - Belarusian Minsk
Roman Empire - Greek Dodecanese
Illyrian-Panonnian - Italian Trentino
Germanic - German Lower Saxony North
for Roma south Asian used Chamar, for MENA Kurds, for SE Euro some Greek pop gave the best fit
for Balkan Turks some Bulgarians or north Greeks for SE Euro, Turkmen or sth alike for Turkic central Asia
don't remember all....can't use real samples because I don't have G25 regional averages for south Slavs
for Prussians I used K36.
I'll make different models too, I found K13 of Croatian/Bulgarian IA etc, will use NW Ukrainians instead of Belarus, maybe Danish for Germanic (very close to lower Saxony north anyway, but...)
there so many possible models.
yeah I'll also experiment with Thracians inccluded, I guess. I made pie charts for some Serbs from Serbia and I added Thracian to their model.
but west Balkan also pick up Thracian well and considering E-V13 it real possible Thracians replaced Illyrians in west thus Roman would be lower
not historically recorded but possible.....yes lot of work and always models can be perfected.
