Lol i have noticed that there are a fair few non whites there, i suppose they are restaurant workers, hotel workers, maybe taxi drivers etc. The highland and isles economy is relatively diverse, i remember in the talks about the EU referendum about how many eastern Europeans were working in the Scottish tourist industry. places like the Welsh valleys, rural Somerset and Devon or the pit towns of Durham and Northumberland are less likely to have non white people living there i think.

Shetlanders still look mostly British. Norwegians distinct but some British-like types are present. Western-Norway and being a coastal city makes it no surprise there are British inspired types.
