I dont want to classify but they are interesting, according Wikipedia they were close to Yamnaya with east eurasian admixture. The guy looks for me like an Afghan, maybe they were genetically northern shifted Afghan and looked like that?

It is a Parthian. Nothing to do with the Yamnaya who predated the Parthians by 3000 years, lol. Parthians themselves were a product of the Medes with some extra Cetral Asian admixture..

The bust looks Kurdish to me, since Kurds have some of the Parhian ancestry.

And no they aren't close to Afghans, by distance they are closer to Turkics, Tajik like Iranics and Uralics almost every one of them carries East Eurasian admixture by varying degrees.
