The majority of the Modern Iberians is mostly native Iberian (~60 - 75%) + Smalls influences, South Portugal have more Moorish ancestry, Canarias have Guanche blood, Galician and North Portugueses have more Suebi etc etc. . .
But i use some samples in g25 standart, to see how much IE, Whg, EEF they have
And Lusitanians (The consideres ancsestor of Portugueses and Extremadurans) and i got this:

First was pretty inconclusive if Lusitanians are Celt or Pre-Celts, but now is pretty obvious they were Pre-Celts
And If Portugueses are mostly pre roman tribes + small MENA (Moors) + small Germanic (Suebi) how they got this Yamanya???
If were the celts, its mean a portuguese is ~50% Celt invasor? ( {10% yamnaya from Lusitanian + 50% yamnaya from Celts } ÷ 2 = 30 [A average portuguese is 30% PIE]})

Oh ok, but i am using "lusitan" for all pre-celts iberians, not for only lusitans rly, and prob the lusos, tartesso, iberians etc are the descendents of the Neolithic Iberians + some Iberomaurisian and other little influences, and again, i not saying this is the true, i am asking for others opnions to see if this makes sense, anyway i just mean, the Iberians (At least the west iberians) are heavily Celt, i change the celt sample sometimes but the result is very similar, when i use gauls the celt dna is bigger, and when i use Bretons the celt dna is a little less, but the ppl say the most prob theory is the Hallsttat expansion Hipotesis, anyway i am pretty new with ancient genetic but i am pretty sure the west Iberians are at least 30% Celt, most likely somewhat 40%, which ia pretty impresive bcs the Irish ( who are the "living celts") are more or less 65% - 80% Celt with the germanic rest, anyway i appreciate your opnion but if u can sugest another theory ill be thankful, and Tysm again, u are with Passoni the persons who more help me in TA :amor:

My african Ancestry is scattered around but the biggest chunk I scored was nigerian at around 5 percent I think. I am 25- 27 percent sub saharan. But this is on AncestryDna i never used whatever G25 that you're using.
I was just wondering how accurate it was because it seemed weird that it only rated you as yoruban and most africans were from congo area or near it. But you say in your family you have oral traditions that they were from yoruba so maybe it makes sense.

I score basque and my father I think scored about 6 percent basque. I scored like 4 or 3 percent basque I think. But i have an acestor with a basque last name so it checks out.

We don't have all the information to know what happened, but it's true that modern portuguese have more steppe than ancient ones. The lusitanian sample you used is not really a lusitanian despite having that name in your model. Basically many samples from different periods are missing for us to know what happened. Until then it's speculation.

So my estimatives werent that bad , a Portuguese is ~55% Celt, 25% Native Iberian and 20% MENA, i tried to use Suebi and Goth samples but when i use this the Gaul go to 10 and the Suebi go to like 40% which makes no sense for the quantity of Germanics in iberia obviouslly. If u use more North Shifted Celt like the hallsttat u will get a lower Celt but without a great difference
So for me At least a Portuguese and Galician are at least 40% Celt, with a margin of error about the 10~, example: If u are a galician who is more WHG shifted u will get a higher native Iberian, but the results ill still decent

I don't think we have suebi samples either. There are visigoths from the Olalde study but they are very diverse, if i remember well some cluster with serbs.

Ye, the "Suebi" sample its a swiss sample from Roman time i guess, but i guess have actual Suebi samples bcs i guess i alr saw a genetic map were a "Suebi" sample was rly close to actual South Germans and Provence French, i ill search more, if i find i ill send in this thread, but anyway this do not change so much the genepool of the Iberia (Principally of the East iberians and Basques) so i guess this isnt rly a problem;)

There were several waves of Indo-European tribes moving into Iberia. Otherwise Basques and Eastern Iberians today would not have Steppe ancestry.

Now i get some real lusitanian samples, from the Late Bronze Age Central Portugal (Coninbriga), and looks like they are pretty much like actual Portugueses but with a bit less Taforalt

The results of that samples shows that they are prty much like we expected, Mainly Iberia Bell Beaker + Central Europd Bell Beaker as others tribes, the cluster with actual West Iberians also show Portuguese changed very few since the Iron Age and they are Pred a mix of Lusitans and other Celt/High steppe group

The majority of the Modern Iberians is mostly native Iberian (~60 - 75%) + Smalls influences, South Portugal have more Moorish ancestry, Canarias have Guanche blood, Galician and North Portugueses have more Suebi etc etc. . .

This is not true, I'm not sure if you realize this now or not but look at the Olalde 2019 study which shows the genetic trends of iberia (https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/science.aav4040?cookieSet=1). Portugal genetically is homogeneous. There are practically 0 differences genetically from a North Portuguese to a South Portuguese. If you see results of Portuguese members on here and Anthrogencia you'll quickly realize this.

This is not true, I'm not sure if you realize this now or not but look at the Olalde 2019 study which shows the genetic trends of iberia (https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/science.aav4040?cookieSet=1). Portugal genetically is homogeneous. There are practically 0 differences genetically from a North Portuguese to a South Portuguese. If you see results of Portuguese members on here and Anthrogencia you'll quickly realize this.
