On that scale I guess I am between 18-20.
I have light blonde hair. My birth certificate says I was born with strawberry blonde hair. I have a mix of reddish blonde, golden, and light blonde.
A couple days ago I saw a woman with epic white hair. She was probably in her 60's. She told me her hair used to look like mine. I never thought about it before...what color my hair will turn when I'm older. If I end up with pure white hair, I will be so happy.

I actually dye incipient grey hairs trying to resemble my natural color, and the code number for my dye product is "6" too. I've tried 5 and it was too dark. Current hair cosmetic products must be using these Fischer metrics.

You appear fairly standard golden blond and nothing extreme especially with any photobleaching taken into account. Maybe #13-15, not lighter.

Extreme golden blond to white blond #18-20 is rare among adults even in Northern Europe. Halfdan Bryn found as low as only 0.16% of cases in his largest survey of 11,771 Norwegian young adult recruits. I only have access through snippet view in Google Books but all the extreme blond numbers were well below 1%. Lightest ash blond Fischer #21-22 was found more common than lightest golden blond and actually exceeded 1%. Even if extreme golden blond hair color is more common in females it should still conceivably be less than 1% overall among Norwegian adults. It is probably totally limited to children or albinos in many relatively darker European countries.

These are Fischer‘s own original descriptions:

Clear or distinctive red:
#1: light red
#2: medium (bright) red
#3: dark red
Dark brownish:
#4: blackish-brown
#5: dark brown
#6: medium brown
Light brownish:
#7: light brown
#8: near dark blond
#9: dark blond
Golden blond:
#10-14: medium blond (includes reddish-blond)
#15-17: light blond
#18-19 near white blond
Extreme blond (neither golden or ashen):
#20: white blond
Ash blond:
#21-22: light ash blond
#23-24: medium ash blond
#25-26: dark ash blond
Black:
#27: jet black

He sent his shades to various sources in England, Italy, and Sweden and decided on the names by general consensus:

Shade #9 for example is just light enough to be considered råttfärgat or blondish in Sweden. In Italy #8 is definitively blond instead of light brown but not in Northern Europe.

Lighting is also key for classification. This is the best quality Fischer scale photo I found online. It looks almost new to my eyes:

It's a little different here.
The hair on the head is dense and quite coarse, wavy, and looks kinda straight only when it is short enough. The beard is coarse too, even on the cheeks. Lots of reddish hairs too. The hair on the body is quite long and dark, but not particularly coarse. My arms and legs are almost non-hairy at all; if I’m wearing shorts and a T-shirt, you can’t even tell that my chest is hairy. Nothing grows on the back:).

I think something like 6 or 7 (medium brown) under natural day light conditions.

If the sun light changes, it can appear like a lighter brown, with some reddish undertones. More like a 2-3.
In the summer, due to sun bleaching it can also get a bit lighter.

Are you truly jet black with bluish reflectance?

No, blackish hair like japanese.

However, I have a slightly different beard and mustache color, with variations from "chesnut"/brown (dark, medium to light brown), blackish, then red, then reddish brown, and sometimes "straw" color.

In the sun, I do not benefit from any lightening unlike people with real brown hair: 3 hours of exposure to the sun will not make my hair color lighten, it remains close to black, or even black for human eye, but my beard is a different story.

I actually have more variation in my beard and mustache while I am radically homogeneous when it comes to my hair color where there is no shade of brown visible to the human eye.

Unlike some individuals (Christian Bale, Andrew Garfield and others) with medium brown hair and a slightly more auburn brown beard (but still in the brown shade range), who put gel on to darken their hair to make it look more "blackish" and creating a false contrast between their beard color and their beard color (giving a "different colored beard to beard" look), I actually have more variation in my beard than in my hair.

If I were to implant hairs from my beard on my scalp, it would be very strange given my color variations in this area, however, not having androgenetic alopecia I do not need it.

Is your hair like this (I don't remember the shade exactly)?:

That is jet black or raven black with bluish reflectance. Most Japanese have blue-black hair like that, although Anders Fogh Rasmussen is Danish.
