According to this map https://www.myheritage.com/ethnicities/ashkenazi-jewish/ethnicity-worldwide-distribution Hungary and Russia (i count Russia as a European country here) are most Jewish admixed European countries which means at least some of Jewish admixture in bunch of people. I assume Russians are not as much into genetic tests as other Europeans so maybe more people with Jewish roots are ordering tests. What do you think?
