Hi everyone!
i was bored, so i tried model iberians ancient ancestry again, but i just got bad distances, look:
Samples: https://pastebin.com/Ry8dREFx
Some results: https://imgur.com/PL9lmQi
As u can see the distances arent that good and the Roman is very high, but look if we take off Roman sample:
Results: https://imgur.com/LpvvSTj
the distance increases for ~more than 2, and i want something abt ~1 or even less
Now if i add some Levantine samples:
Sample: https://pastebin.com/iydnNJVG
Result: https://imgur.com/RKoidUV https://imgur.com/Q786O74
Now the distances looks way better, not what i want but anyway, better, but the MENA is very high, like i think 15% - 20% is a lot, extremadurans are scoring 21% of MENA, and this is very strange, bcs in Roman period we have some little migrations from Roma, greece and N. Africa to Iberia, but not from Levant, and in Al-Andalus the majority of the invasors were N. Africans (From morroco, Mauritania and Lybia), the Arab/Levantine elite was abt very few ppl (the majority from Syria, Iraq and Yemen), so dont make any sense Iberians scoring 10% Levant.
I still arent getting a good distance (1 or less) and the results are kinda confuse, if anyone have a sugestion or a opnion to help me i ill be thankful
Just to compare here are my IllustrativeDNA results, which i got a very good distance (1.078) but they dont work with Averages so the results veries with each sample:
116059

Ty for read, have a good day :thumb001:
