I don't think he gives a Jewish vibe, it just looks like a regular French/German, but a lot of Jews look the same so it's possible

Yes but people usually try to pick up the best country for her phenotype which of course is not very scientific often. She looks also Spanish and Italian right? Or Spain+Scando?

Not necessarially Spanish + Scandinavian, she can pass easy in Spain too
