SA climate is better, China is either damn cold or humid tropical. I would prefer SA ruled by Russians as far as you introduced inclusive options xD I prefer hot dry climate over any other, yea SA one is extreme, but still better than cold continental or humid tropical.

Chinese surveillance is much more competent and thorough-going, imo. Saudi is like a typical authoritarian kingdom from the middle ages, all their technical surveillance is foreign run... hmm, wonder if I could get a job in network security there.
