Not the Balkans, but more Iberia. They look med.

Indeed... most similar to Lebanese and Western Syrians, but "unmixed" looking Jews have a more southern "arabid" phenotype. Go to Tel Aviv and you will notice that Arabid+EastMed is CLEARLY majority phenotype, only frequently mixed with elements foreign to W Asia (for example: Arabid-Aryan, Arabid-Baltid mixes)

east med and orientalid mishmash, their physical appearance is very typical for their original places, eastern mediterranean shores
