My ethnical group is not the best at the sport, but we produced three Brazilian managers, Scolari, Tite and Dunga.
His name is Carlos Bledorn Verri, so there is surely both Italian and German ancestry. But I don't think he is pure white or pure immigrant, his face looks pretty common between Gaucho mutts.

Agreed. He does look Italian but would not really pass in my town. This weird hairline is impossible to find on Italians, but a good bit of German descendants I know have this sort of spiky hair.
