Overall, do they pass better in Spain/Portugal or Colombia/Venezuela?

Colombia and Venezuela have a significant of White/Pred Euro (20% of Colombia, 25% -35% in Venezuela), so i think the Euro looking ones páss, the mixeds pass even more easily despite looking very Argentinian/Uruguaian.

The thing is, have a considerable amount of Mestizos which obviously dont pass in Spain, so looking by the all they pass better as a very euro shifted group in venezuela/Colombia
