Ok, we'll wait for more capacity to see who got it right or closer.

This picture is not enough but I'd not be surprised if she was Spanish

But if we'd not evalute the poster, I'd say Flemish.

Well, she is Andalusian (Spain)

Isabel Loring Heredia.

The Marquisate of Casa Loring is a Spanish noble title that was created in favor of Jorge Loring y Oyarzábal, a Spanish businessman, humanist and politician, in 1856 by Queen Isabella II of Spain.

The 1st Marquis was the son of George Loring James, an American merchant originally from Boston, Massachusetts, who graduated as a civil engineer from Harvard University and who, around 1810, traveled permanently between Málaga, Boston and Baltimore, until 1817, when he settled permanently in Málaga, where he married Rosario Oyarzábal Herrera, daughter of Ignacio Antonio Oyarzábal, a native of Cádiz and Josefa Herrera, a native of Málaga.

Portrait of Isabel Loring Heredia, Countess of Benahavis. Heredia-Loring family album.

Isabel was one of the daughters of the Loring couple (Enrique Loring Oyarzabal and Amalia Heredia Livermore) and married Ricardo Heredia Livermore.

He has two non-Spanish surnames, Loring and his mother has the second Livermore which I do not know what may be its origin of this surname.
