But just because someone is housed and on public assistance doesn't mean they are not below the poverty line but Albania's poverty rate is probably still higher overall.

This is not what I heard, it affects people that work too. Even people that served in the army.

Poverty rate is higher but family ties are strong, there are no homeless. And we dont have this kind of culture to let go. Even drug addicts are taken care from their families and they are usually better off.

Yeah, America is starting to fall behind China economically but is still militarily superior so America wants to break up Russia and then go to war with China. Economic inequality in America is still probably at least somewhat more pronounced than those European countries you mentioned.
