The guy on the top right with the beret. That is a common hat in Portugal. Besides the first couple and the bald guy in the middle it is difficult to guess, they all could be Portuguese as far as I know.

good thread- both guys on top have a French Basque look, women top right is possible as well but i m going with bottom far right man
