Title says it all. I've seen not a cops grandpa's result (half Baltic German) and it looks very North Germanic on his German side. But is this the norm? I'd love to learn more.

I don't want to sound like an annoying cunt (I'm really not) but Germans from Prussia have heavy old Prussian (Baltic) addmixture, and are not very related to Baltic Germans. When I mean Baltic German I mean someone from Latvia or Estonia. Nice find though, I'm checking it out right now! :)

Thank you, interesting :) But I am specifically talking about the German minority in Latvia and Estonia.

They have probably North Germanic admixture due to cohabitation and admixture with Swedes and Danes, as well as East European (e.g. East Nordid, Baltid etc.) due to cohabitation with Balts and Slavs.
