Not that much except more Med elements in the South and more Subnordid elements in the North.
North-South difference in France are exaggerated because of ethnic minorities who are related to but aren't really French (Bretons, Normans, Alsatians, Corsicans, Catalans, Basques), in addition to the South having more immigrants.
I should add that there is also a West-East difference few people are aware of, the West being more Atlantid and darker and the East more Alpine and lighter.

The difference might not be drastically as large as people would like it to be, but it’s there. Those with ginger hair, freckles, green eyes, etc…. are more frequent ( naturally) in the north than in the south. There might be more blondish-haired or just fairer-complexioned people in Southern France than Northern Spain. This is true, but reasons are already given in my previous statement. However, the Med race rules here. The rare Baskid phenotype is unique in both southern France and northern Spain.

There are more Balkanites who look Turkish/Kavkazian than Italians who look Levantine or Spaniards who look Berber, but the point is the former are closer to Europeans than the latter two groups anyway.

Balkanites still seem quite exotic in some cases, Bulgarians for example are generally held to be a sort of bridge between the darkness of Turkey and the lighter types of the Slavic countries to the north, Albanians can in many cases be dark, same goes for Greeks i think too.

Spanish do not look like Kurds. They predominantly belong to the Mediterranean ( Western), but not to the Orientalid phenotypes of the Middle-East such as the Iranid types which abound in the so-called Kurdistan. Their noses are not as «hooked» as that of Arabs, Kurds, Iranians.

Not that much except more Med elements in the South and more Subnordid elements in the North.
North-South difference in France are exaggerated because of ethnic minorities who are related to but aren't really French (Bretons, Normans, Alsatians, Corsicans, Catalans, Basques), in addition to the South having more immigrants.
I should add that there is also a West-East difference few people are aware of, the West being more Atlantid and darker and the East more Alpine and lighter.

Normans aren't an ethnic minority in France. They are French. I don't speak a different language than French, they speak French. They're not trying to separate from France.
