Depends on what is considered under Ukrainian, populace of Ukraine is not homogeneous and differs a lot. Populace of Western Ukraine and Central Ukraine existed isolated from each other for centuries and SE lands is a totally different story. Lvov, Lutsk, Kovel, Rovno Ukrainian, yea, maybe, central and northern parts of Western Ukraine.

Wrong. The very Northern parts of Western Ukraine are genetically closer to SE Ukraine than to Lvov, for example.

The relations between Estonia and Georgia are actually quite good and they have common bridges of interest. When I was in Estonia I had the chance to participate in the öölaulupidu (their national choir festival). The relations between Estonia and Georgia are actually quite good and they have common bridges of interest. When I was in Estonia I had the chance to participate in the öölaulupidu (their national choir festival). Georgia has taken thousands of Russian men who fled from being forcefully taken to fight in Ukraine, their exchange also looks fine, after all it's mostly the governments are most influential considering relations between countries
