I don't see anything strange about him. He has very curly hair. Facially though he looks Belgian/Dutch.

Lots of Europeans have that type of hair which always throws people on here. Nicole Kidman's natural hair.

So frizzy I dont think. One thing is curly and other frizzy. I have relatives with curly hair, just saying.

Also his hair is 3A - 3B type which dont occour in SSA (which are mainly 4D - 4B)
That type of hair just occour in Caucasian admix blacks, like Aframs or Latin American Blacks, its very very very hard see a Nigerian or a Congolese with that hair , almost impossible

Isn't that photo from the 80s? Many women with naturally straight hair styled it that way in that decade....
