It's all a show.

I'm not sure of it being just a show. I have seen many cases that are very serious dramas, with even in some cases (not in this one) of people ending up being arrested by a police officer after determining that somebody in the court case committed a felony warranting arrest.

She speaks Spanish with a very eastern European (in this case Romanian) accent. And she said in the video she is Romanian when the judge asked where she is from because she noticed her foreign accent. So, she is evidently Romanian.

Anyways, I agree she could pass as Spanish, white Latin American or some very Euro leaning Latin American castiza. Very easily as any of those things.
