Classify an adopted Romanian - now American third cousin

What if he is adopted by Americans, now has a american name Douglas Hein, and he lives the american way of life. Do you consider him regulary American? Maybe like Latino/Hispanic?

He is less european then me so probably he has two full roma parents and 4 roma grandparents. I have one half roma grandparent and one serb grandmother and two roma grandparents.

Rather than Indian or Pakistani he looks more like a darker type of Iranian to me. Personally if I met him I would not consider him American in the same sense as I would a British origin American.

Some indians also look like darker types of iranians, some indians are lighter then him, some indians look more middle eastern and/or closer to european look then him. We cannot generalise.

What you said is correct. I am not generalising. He also looks Indian or Pakistani but what I meant is he looks more like a dark Iranian to me than a similar dark Indian or Pakistani.

I am going by such Iranians I saw on TV or Youtube. I meant to reply to Nurzat.
