Hi guys, im asking but we know that ethnic estimation of MH is pretty bad in most cases, but his genetics groups (At least the one medium and high conf) are very good, so i take MH some time ago and i got kinda shocked bcs i got 2 modern groups from Portugal (High and Medium conf) and only 1 from Brazil, my last iberians ancestors far ik maybe was my GGGrandpa which suposelly was a iberian prob from Portugal (My GGrandma aka his daughter said that he was not born Brazil, he was blonde and light eyed and that she dont rememnber if he was Iberian, Italian or even German) but some relatives said that there a history abt a portuguese imigrant so idk, the rest of my family is pretty much colonial but i still get 2 portuguese groups, also my closets match also have the same group, so i liked to question if u colonial latinos with distant full iberian ancestor also got a iberian group and if that its common, man the thing its so accurate that they even said in my Porto e Aveiro group (High confidence): "Portugueses em Portugal (Aveiro e Porto) e os seus descendentes no Brasil (Salvador)" the exactly capital city of my state, so what u guys think? that group its colonial or maybe its from my unsure portuguese gggrandpa? u guys also have a iberian genetic group with high confidence?

It was very very very bad for my family and me.

And nope, we don't get Iberian regions, just from México.

I only scored 3.4 percent iberian. That says everything you need to know. It nearly doubled my native also.

yeah they database its very archaic but his genetics regions are updated with frequence and are very accurate generally

Thats why i was wondering if my Portugal groups were legit, so looks like colonials latinos usually dont have ibeerian genetics groups, i think my ggrandma was correct that i have a recent portuguese ancestor, i have a lot of matches with spaniards, portugueses and french-portugueses, also 2 groups with high & medium confidence from Portugal, my 5 closetcs matchs all are literally from same state which im from and they also have at least 1 portuguese group, and also i have that history of a possible iberian recent ancestor, i think it cant be that coincidence, my grandma was correct XD
