Drenthe is close to the German border, it could exist there imo as maybe medieval merchants brought such phenotypes to parts of the Netherlands.

I wouldn't be surprised it isn't from Indonesian influence. It is very common here too, if not even more. In that case it would not Baltid influence, but (believe it or not) ALTAIC.

No idea but Indo people were already mixed when they were living in Indonesia. I guess it is common because Indos are culturally and partly ethnically Dutch.

Wilders looks very strange, would never really see him as fully Dutch, in the UK you do sometimes get borreby types or even pseudo baltid types similar to the girl in the video so i wouldn't rule out a local influence.
