how to interpret these results? I live in northern Poland, the former Prussian partition and the former territories of the Teutonic State. What nationalities could have been present among my ancestors, apart from Poles, of course. additionally my haplogroup is R-Z92

You should take into consideration only genetic groups. They are better than MH estimates. Your father seems to be fully Polish.
Generally you and your parents have genetic groups, which are very common in Poland. Even Northern Germany group. Because you are from northern Poland it could be only genetic similarity with Germans.
I see you have G25 coords, I have generally the same results with Illustrative DNA.

U are a pretty average Pole
A mix of Slavo-Balt and Celto-Germanic very comum, my heritage should not taken seriously unless u talking abt genetics groups
