Is there any Spaniard or portuguese who tested with Ancestry DNA? I would like to know so maybe if it's good i would like to test with that company.

From what I've seen, they tend to confuse Iberian DNA with British and Irish DNA often, so you're probably going to get more British than expected.
But they do like to separate things a lot more than 23andMe, in what 23andMe considers Spanish & Portuguese (one category), they consider Spanish, Portuguese, Basque and even the part of the French category, also their Portuguese category is more North African admixed, so it's going to hide more of your North African DNA, if you go to Ancestry DNA.

It's not that 23andMe isn't able to separate the basque it's that they prefer to not do it, so it is more accurate, because basques overlap almost 100% with other Iberians and French.

I heard that for Iberians 23andme its best and also gives haplogroups (if u care for haplogroups xd)
but regions of 23andme kinda suck and the of Ancestry are good as MH which is prty nice

This is true, I get 0% Iberia in Ancestry, likely because mixing NW and SW Europe still comes out resembling French, Swiss, Germans, and some English due to falling into their range of Steppe/Farmer ratio (35%-50%), plus having high WHG that Basques and NW Europeans have.

Very likely you'll get at least some French, their French samples are closer to Iberia and Basques than Bretons or Alsatians.

First time I've seen that much Portuguese (or any kind of iberian, by any means) maybe they've updated their algorithm again?

I did. I ordered the kit from german amazon, and then it gets sent to Ireland. So it was all very easy and fast since it was all within the European Union.
My results came out like this:

Cool results :thumb001: btw do u think that AncestryDNA raw data is good, or matches system?

It's very close to my 23andme V2 raw data. So i think it's good.

For example my eurogenes k15 are almost the same with both raw datas.

Interesting results, did they get your location correct?

On mine, they were able to not only figure out my family is from the Azores but the exact island and the exact part of the island.

Yes, surprisingly they did. My family is from southern Portugal (Alentejo).

Did you notice any significant difference between the G25 coordinates of your raw data from 23andMe compared to those from AncestryDNA?

at least FTDNA was ale to separate my basque tooFTDNA didnt even give me any iberian dna. It only gave me mena and central european for my west eurasian. And I am a new worlder with no central european ancestry. My 23andme was more accurate.

My 23andme raw data is in the V2 chip, i don't know if that makes a difference but here are the comparisons:

From my view AncestryDNA's autosomal report is more tuned for NW euros than for south euros like Iberians. I get a lot of extraneous traces with AncestryDNA. At one point it had my autosomal profile pretty accurate but then they continued to do random updates which added many random groups to my profile

But... Its raw DNA is the best I got so that's the benefit of it :)

I'm not full Spanish, but yet I'm mostly of Spanish stock, and I got tested in Ancestry. My results are in my signature.

Edit: there was some mistake. I either posted my sister's results on that thread (and her last update is not exactly the same as those results), or my results were updated again after I made that thread.

In my must current update I score 51% Spanish and 27% French.

I think my predicted haplogroup is a branch of L21, and most 2way oracle links me with portuguess lol but this is my actual ancestry test , is the best in case of my native and region , made me think about atlantis xdxd when I see the north andean footprint in the map ( wich was the main reason I try with ancesty c; ).
