Is it me or Mexico has more English looking folks than Spain?

Call me crazy but despite these people being minority I have seen mexicans that look perfectly Gringo! meaning Anglo.

Jalisco and Aguascalientes has many of them.

A great example this Mexican actor can pass as welsh/Irish or dark britonic

Brittonic and Welsh is original inhabitants and not Anglo, though many did stay in Angleland and integrated with the newcomers.

This guy looks too gracile, too good looking to be darker Welsh/britonnic type, rugby player Mike Phillips and Stereophonics Kelly Jones good examples, though he does look similar to Gavin Henson.

Canelo Alvarez could pass as a farmer in any part of the isles though without question.
