FIN_Levanluhta _IA is a full blown Saami. There is an outlier which is Iron Age Scandinavian (FIN_Levanluhta_o). Maybe you combined all together.

I am not that Baltic. My Turkic can be from Ukraine. I do get a small % of Iranian, Caucasian and Mesopotamian on 23&me and matches from Turkey, Azerbaijan and Iran.
