He participated in a French TV show years ago. Although he didn't have any accent, I immediately knew he wasn't ethnic French. Something about the eyes and eyebrows area, more defined features, more serious vibe overall.
I've often seen people like him in Netherlands by the way. Same vibe.

North Atlantid. How is he so unpassable in France?

His features and vibe. More robust/manly/defined/classy/serious. Don't know how to be more precise but this is very uncommon in France. Maybe it's because of his total lack of boring Alpinid roundishness.

Thanks, interesting thread, although it focuses too much on pigmentation imo. There are light French who don't pass in Britain and swarthy Brits who don't pass in France

You do realise France has alot of angular face looking men.
This guy could blend in most of European countries, besides his strong features.

I was born and grew in France and I still spend half of my time there so yea i'm aware they exist (but not as numerous as in neighbouring countries) + it's not only about that, there is something very non-french about him

It is his gaze, that looks very forward. More typical for Anglo Saxon and Nordic countries.
Sometimes I recognise Dutch people by this feature in a Flemish crowd; though this usually happens by other features...
Same for his jawline, by the way...

I totally agree. Regarding his gaze, this guy was born and grew in France, so I would have expected it to be frencher as it's largely determined by the culture.
