Most times I do not like using ADC. I only reduce to 5,4,3 populations. Usually, the fit number is better which can indicate a better representation of one's genetic profile. The bottom result I believe would be a better representation of my genetics. The ADC takes out the Germanic. Given what we know about the interactions that took place in northwest Europe, I'd say it would nearly impossible to have 0% any Germanic.
