These are nothing out of the ordinary. I was expecting some strange results because it is MyHeritage but they aren't too bad. Funny how they think Finnish is exotic. :) If you don't want to listen to all the spiel results start at approx 8.37. One man is from Balkans background.

Yes most likely because MyHeritage is only looking back approx 6 generations like all the dna testing companies. Scandinavians are most likely fairly homogenous also like Finns and Irish as far as homogenity although Finns as far more distinctive and by that I mean from genetics they are more isolated. Some small populations like the ones mentioned above will most likely match the sample populations that they are using to compare them to and because there is not much difference between different areas they will get nearly 100%.
It doesn't mean they don't have some deep mixture but commercial dna testing is not geared to pick up that. I know people don't grasp this because some populations get more mixed results which is more likely because they are from larger populations so that they don't match the samples that they are compared to. People think this is because they have old Celtic or Viking blood etc. But that stuff will be now part of the modern population. It is why your results will change when they update their methods or sampling.
Some populations have more recent mixing as well depending on where they are situated. More isolated areas not as much recent mixing.
1,000 years ago or less everyone would have ancestry from outside their country.
