Correct but it is surprising to me how dark they are considering their location, even the Scots are much lighter looking

I agree, many British groups are blonder infact which suggests that blondeness isn't really Scandinavian at all contrary to the myth. If anything blondness is localised in certain regions, some Scandinavian groups will of course be blonder than any British groups though a lot won't really.

Because they are Coastal and influenced by more central European peoples. Inland Scandinavians are blonder.

There isn't really such a thing as inland Norwegians except in the east around the Swedish borderlands where the Nordic race found it's refuge, Danish people are lightest in Jutland but much darker in the islands, i recall a post from the past here where a group of students looked quite indistinguishable from central Germans. Swedes are a mixed bunch but i don't think that they are as dark as Danes or Norwegians, apparently the Estonians are lighter than most Scandinavians.
