This is about a football player in American football. He's been called a dirty player for his illegal hits on opposing players. On watching a news report the other day about him, I noticed that he seems to be only doing this to white men. I decided to do some googling of his illegal hits, and this is what I got. I cannot find a non-white that he has abused on the field.
I don't know of every single personal foul he's gotten his short NFL career, but I think these are the bulk of them. All against white men.

"Star defensive end Ndamukong Suh was ejected from the game early in the second half after stomping on the arm of Green Bay Packers offensive lineman Evan Dietrich-Smith. The two had been engaged in a block on the previous play in which the Packers' lineman cleanly took Suh to the ground. When the second-year defender got up, he drove Dietrich-Smith's helmet into the turf and then stomped on his right arm while walking away from the play."
